Real estate sales in Turkey down 13.8 percent in April from March

In April this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 95,863 units, falling by 13.8 percent month on month and up by 124.1 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first four months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 358,913 units, increasing by 36.4 percent on year-on-year basis.
