The high-end automobile steel sheet production line of Chinese steel producer Qian’an Iron and Steel Co., Ltd was put into operation in April this year, as reported on May 25.
The production facility, built with an overall investment of RMB 500 million ($70 million), can annually produce 1.0 million mt of pickling flat steel, mainly used in high-end automobile chassis, seats and anti-collision beams, and in oil pipes and steel for air conditioning compressors.
