Puyang Steel announces ex-factory flats prices

On December 29, Hebei Province-based Puyang Steel announced its new ex-factory prices for medium plate. The details are as follows:

1. The price of common carbon plate has increased by RMB 200/mt ($29/mt), and so Q235A 16-25 mm is now priced at RMB 3,800/mt ($556/mt).
 
2. The price of low alloy plate has gone up by RMB 200/mt ($29/mt). After this adjustment, the new price of Q345 16-25 mm is RMB 4,000/mt ($586/mt).
 
3. Shipbuilding plate price has increased by RMB 300/mt ($44), and so CCSB 16-25 mm is priced at RMB 4,000/mt ($586/mt).

The above prices include taxes (17 percent VAT) and are effective as of December 29.
