The total area of public land sold to developers in 28 major cities in China amounted to 29.61 million square meters in June this year, the highest monthly level so far in the current year, up 21 percent month on month though remaining almost stable compared to June 2019, as announced by CRIC, a real estate research institute of E-House, a Shanghai-based real estate transaction service provider.
The area of public land sold in more than half of the cities indicated year-on-year rises, while in Fuzhou, Guangzhou and Changzhou the increases exceeded 40 percent year on year.
