Production resumption rate of Chinese coal mines exceeds 70 percent

As of February 17, 1,274 coal mines were in production in China, equal to an annual production capacity of 2.915 billion mt, with the production resumption rate reaching 70.2 percent and a daily output of 7.12 million mt, as announced by China’s National Energy Administration. This is the first time daily coal output has exceeded 7.0 million mt since February 1.
