Preliminary results of AD review on certain pipes imported from China

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on March 30, 2004 initiated an antidumping investigation on certain circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe (LP) imported from China. The period of review was January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. DOC preliminarily determined that LP was sold in the US at less than fair value by Chinese producers. Accordingly weighted-average dumping margin for China is as follows:
