POSCO Specialty Steel to expand output in Jiangsu, China

South Korea-based POSCO Specialty Steel Co., subsidiary of South Korea's largest steelmaker POSCO, has stated that it intends to expand output at its Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel facility located in Jiangsu Province, China.
 
Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co. was established in 1999 in cooperation with Jiangsu Province-based Chinese steel company Sha Steel Group.
 
POSCO Specialty Steel stated that the expansion project is expected to increase the annual output of Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel from 800,000 mt to one million mt.
