POSCO plans to build a steel mill in China

South Korean steel giant POSCO announced plans to build a steel mill in the port city of Ningde in Fujian Province of China. POSCO visited the city several times to make certain investigations on the planned site of the steel plant. Ningde officials stated that negotiations are ongoing however no official proposal has been submitted to the China's National Development and Reform Commission.
