Peruvian rebar sales decline in February

Peruvian rebar sales volumes in February declined 5.8 percent, year-on-year, to 105,860 mt, according to the local statistics agency, INEI.

According to government data, local rebar sales fell 5.9 percent on a month-on-month basis from 112,534 mt in January this year.

As for the accumulated period of January to February, Peruvian rebar sales volumes reached 218,394 mt, 3.7 percent down, year-on-year.
