Peruvian steel service center Comercial del Acero (Comasa) named new board executives following the company’s acquisition by one of Peru’s largest steelmakers, Aceros Arequipa.

According to a document filing, Comasa named Ricardo Champin, Tulio Consiglieri, Luis Valenzuela and Jose Busto as the company’s four directors. Comasa did not specify which roles each executive would assume.

Comasa said Tulio Consiglieri was named the company’s general manager, following the resignation of former general manager Ricardo Valenzuela, who remains at the company as a director.

Valenzuela remains in the general manager position until September 28, the document filing said.
