Pakistan launches AD duty probe on CRC imports from Canada and Russia

Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission has announced that it has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty investigation against imports of cold rolled coil (CRC) from Canada and Russia.

The investigation was launched by the request of Pakistani steel producers Aisha Steel Mills Limited and International Steel Limited and the preliminary decision is expected within six months.

The products subject to antidumping duty investigation currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7209.1510, 7209.1590, 7209.1610, 7209.1690, 7209.1710, 7209.1790, 7209.1810, 7209.1890, 7209.2510, 7209.2590, 7209.2610, 7209.2690, 7209.2710, 7209.2790, 7209.2810, 7209.2890 and 7211.2920.
