OECD reports decline in CLI

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) said its composite leading indicator (CLI) fell from a revised 104 in January to 103.8 in February. Analysis of the CLI data indicates weak growth in the advanced economies in February. The six-month rate of change for OECD countries as a whole rose 0.9% year on year in February. The CLIs for the US, the Euro zone and the UK all fell 0.1 point in February, taking the US CLI to 103.1, the Euro zone's to 105.7 and the UK's to 100.3.
