Nucor Cold Finish - Nebraska, a cold finish bar supplier division of US steelmaker Nucor Corporation, has earned recognition as a partner-level supplier for 2010 and was also named ‘Enterprise Supply Management Supplier of the Year' in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. The partner-level status is Illinois-based agricultural equipment producer Deere & Company's highest supplier rating.
According to a Nucor release, Nucor Cold Finish - Nebraska was selected for the honor in recognition of its dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as its commitment to continuous improvement. Nucor teammates will be accepting the award on March 1, 2011 at the annual Deere & Co. Achieving Excellence Awards Banquet.
