No injury on Japanese imports of seamless SS hollows

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its negative determinations on the second remand of its final anti-dumping investigations on imports of stainless steel hollow sections from Japan. The Department of Commerce's (DOC) findings of sales at less than fair value of the aforesaid product was negatively determined by the ITC on remand. The second remand of the case was taken to ITC by the US Court of International Trade (CIT) and ITC concluded same with negative determinations as well. ITC determination will be delivered to CIT by August 26, 2002.
