NLMK’s long steel division ships 1.3 million mt of products in Jan-Sept

In the January-September period of this year, the long steel division of Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) shipped around 1.3 million mt of products, up 0.4 percent year on year, as announced in a company statement.

In the given period, NLMK shipped more than one million mt of rebar, up 10 percent, 85,000 mt of rods, down 21 percent, 218,000 mt of hardware, up 13 percent, all year on year. The company shipped around 95 percent of its products to the domestic market in the first nine months of the current year.
