Guangxi Province-based Beihai Chengde Ferronickel Stainless Steel Co. has successfully put its 1,700 mm stainless steel hot rolled coil (HRC) production line into operation, as announced by local newspaper Beihai Daily. The new line, which is a key part of the third phase expansion project being implemented by Chengde Ferronickel Stainless Steel, has a designed annual output capacity of 800,000 mt of Cr-Ni alloy stainless steel hot rolled coil. The commissioning of the new production line lays the foundation for the implementation of the company’s cold rolled production project.
