New orders in German construction up 0.7 percent in September from August

In September this year, the total price-adjusted value of new orders in the overall German construction industry increased by 0.7 percent month on month and rose by 1.5 percent compared to September 2016, as announced by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).

Meanwhile, in the January-September period of this year the total price-adjusted value of new orders in the overall German construction industry grew by 2.5 percent on year-on-year basis.
