New jobs in Chinese cities and towns total 11.91 million in Jan-Oct

In October this year, the unemployment rate in cities and towns in China was below five percent, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). 

In the January-October period of the current year, newly-created jobs in cities and towns in China amounted to 11.91 million, surpassing the annual target of 11 million new jobs in 2017.
