NBS: China’s crude steel output up 9.2 percent in January-February

In the January-February period of the current year, China produced 126.59 million mt of pig iron, up 9.8 percent year on year, while also producing 149.58 million mt of crude steel and 171.46 million mt of finished steel, rising by 9.2 percent and 10.7 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
