NatSteel Properties completes disposal of shares in Huteng

According to market reports, NatSteel Properties Ltd which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NatSteel Ltd, has completed disposal of its 25% share in Huteng Investment (Shanghai) Ltd, upon receiving approval from the subsidiary of Huteng on September 18. NatSteel reported that the disposal will have no effect on earnings of the Group. The sales and purchase agreement was signed back on August 26, 2003.
