Moldavian Steel Works produces 29,300 mt of crude steel in August

In August this year, Moldavian Metallurgical Works (MMZ), a steelmaker based in the Transnistrian region of Moldova, produced 29,300 mt of crude steel, up 16.7 percent month on month.

In the given month, the company produced 35,000 mt of rolled steel and shipped 36,000 mt, including 26,300 mt of rebar and 9,700 mt of wire rod.
