China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that as of January 27 prices of the main finished steel products in the Chinese domestic market moved sideways week on week. The MOC also stated that prices of the main finished steel products in the Chinese domestic market will likely move on a soft trend in the coming period due to slackened demand amid more production halts in downstream industries.
