MOC: Average finished steel price in China declines slightly

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during last week (June 3-9) the overall average finished steel price in China declined slightly week on week.  

In the given week, average prices of high-speed wire rod, rebar and hot rolled steel strip all edged down by 0.8 percent week on week.  

In the week in question, the average price of coal in China increased slightly week on week. In particular, the prices of coking coal and anthracite coal edged up by 0.4 and 0.1 percent respectively, while the price of thermal coal remained stable, week on week.

In the same week, the average price of non-ferrous metals in China declined week on week.
