MMK produces HDG with high-quality surface for auto industry

Russian steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has announced that it has developed hot dip galvanized (HDG) rolled metal production technology with high quality surfacing (C group) at its cold rolling mill-11.

The rolled stock produced will be used in the manufacture of the front panels of cars. Currently, the main consumer of this product is the largest Russian car manufacturer AvtoVAZ.
