Mittal renames merged facilities

Mittal Steel USA has renamed the North American facilities acquired in its recent creation. Twenty sites in eight US states and Trinidad and Tobago have been reformed with the Mittal Steel USA name. For example, Columbus Coating and Columbus Processing of Columbus, Ohio, will be now known as Mittal Steel USA – Columbus. Mittal Steel USA was formed in the combining of Ispat Inland Inc. and International Steel Group on April 15, 2005.
