Minera Autlán released this week its outlook figures for the second quarter of 2014, which continue to reflect significant growth, estimating an increase in sales volume of 11 percent over the second quarter last year.
The company anticipates net sales to increase 31 percent compared to the same period of 2013, especially derived from increased volume in manganese nodules sales and an increase in prices.
With respect to operating profit and EBITDA generation, an increase of 200 percent and 90 percent is estimated, respectively, compared with the same period last year also benefited by the higher sales volume, the increase in prices, operational efficiencies and flow generation of the Energy Division.
