Mexico's Minera Autlan reports spike in net profit for Q3

Mexican manganese and ferroalloys producer Minera Autlan saw its net profit in Q3 spike 240 percent, year-on-year, to $6.42 million, the company said this week.

Minera Autlan said net revenues in Q3 reached $114.7 million, slightly down from $116 million in the same quarter of the year prior.

Ferroalloys revenues in Q3 reached $56.5 million, out of the total $114.7 million revenue reported in the quarter. Manganese accounted for another $46.1 million within the company’s total revenue in Q3.

Minera Autlan said EBITDA in Q3 totaled $25.7 million, 10.5 percent down, year-on-year.
