Mexico’s economic activity up in September

Mexico’s economic activity rose 3.2 percent in September, year-on-year, according to data released by local statistics agency (Inegi). On a monthly analysis, Mexican economic activity was up 0.4 percent up in September.

Primary activities in September increased 1.4 percent, year-on-year, and 0.3 percent, month-on-month. Following the same uptrend, secondary activities in September grew 2.5 percent, year-on-year, and 1 percent, month-on-month. Likewise, tertiary activities in September improved 3.5 percent, year-on-year, and 0.1 percent, month-on-month.
