Mexico’s economy secretariat, SE, said a new regulation for uncoated seven-wire steel will take effect in 60 days. As a result, the NMX-B-292-CANACERO-2018 norm will replace the NMX-B-292-CANACERO-2011 regulation.

SE said the NMX-B-292-CANACERO-2018 sets the requisites for all grades of uncoated seven-wire steel for prestressed concrete.
