Mexican economic activity in March rose 2.6 percent, year-on-year, the nation’s statistics agency (Inegi) said on Wednesday.
According to government data, primary and tertiary economic activity in March grew 6.6 and 3.6 percent, respectively, year-on-year. Secondary activities in the third month of the year remained stable with zero growth.
Following the same trend, secondary activities in March also remained stable when compared to February, with zero growth. Primary and tertiary activities in March improved 2.6 and 0.6 percent, respectively, month-on-month.
