Mexican economic activity in June improved by a mere 0.2 percent, year-on-year, and 0.2 percent, month-on-month, according to a report Friday from local statistics agency, Inegi.
Primary activities in June rose 2.8 percent, year-on-year. On the other hand, secondary activities in June declined 2.1 percent, year-on-year. Tertiary activities in June grew 1 percent, also on a year-on-year analysis.
On a monthly basis, primary activities in June decreased 1.7 percent, month-on-month. Secondary activities in June improved 1.1 percent, month-on-month, and tertiary activities in June were stable with zero growth when compared to May 2019.
