Mexican economic activity in April increased 1.4 percent, year-on-year, according to data released by the nation’s statistics agency (Inegi) on Friday.
Inegi said primary activities improved 4.2 percent in April, year-on-year. Secondary and tertiary activities in April rose 0.2 and 2 percent, respectively, year-on-year.
On the other hand, primary and secondary activities in April declined 1.7 and 0.4 percent, respectively, month-on-month, Inegi said. Likewise, tertiary activities in April dropped 0.5 percent, month-on-month.
