Mexican economic activity declines in November

Mexican economic activity in November declined 0.8 percent, year-on-year, but slightly increased 0.1 percent, month-on-month, according to data released by local statistics agency, Inegi.

Inegi said all activities posted decreased figures in November, on a year-on-year analysis. Primary, secondary and tertiary activities in November dropped 2.4 percent, 1.7 percent and 0.3 percent, year-on-year, respectively.

Inegi said primary activities in November fell 2 percent, month-on-month. On the other hand, secondary activities in November rose 0.8 percent, month-on-month, while tertiary activities in the same period remained stable, with zero growth.
