Metinvest may participate in Makeevsk modernization

Smart-Holding, the main investor in the Ukrainian steelmaker Makeevsk Metallurgical Plant (Makeevsk) has confirmed that Metinvest may participate in the modernization of Makeevsk.

According to the company source, Smart-Holding and Metinvest have reached a preliminary agreement according to which Metinvest may become the co-investor in the modernization of the Ukrainian plant during the current summer.
