Mechel establishes representative office in Ukraine

Mechel, one of the leading Russian mining and steel groups, has announced the establishment of an official representative office in Kiev, Ukraine.

Accordingly, the representative office of the company will contribute to the development of Mechel's business in Ukraine, including support of its export activities and contacts with state authorities, conducting market research, arranging meetings with the business community and searching for new business partners. The new office will also participate in commercial, industrial, scientific and technological cooperation and provide informational support for the group's activities in Ukraine.

Currently, Mechel has representative offices in Japan, China, South Korea, Romania and Bulgaria.
