Maverick Tube gets new CEO and CFO

Maverick Tube Corporation’s Board of Directors announced that it has named the company’s Chairman, C. Robert Bunch, as Chief Executive Officer effective May 18, 2005. Mr. Bunch has served on Maverick’s board since 1991. He has been Maverick’s Acting CEO since October 2004 and Chairman since January 2005. The board also appointed Joyce M. Schuldt as Senior Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Ms. Schuldt had previously been serving as Maverick’s Vice President-Legal and Tax, and Secretary. She has been with the company since March 2003. Maverick Tube Corporation is a leading North American manufacturer of welded steel products used primarily in energy applications.
