Cleveland, Ohio-based steel service center Majestic Steel USA, Inc. announced today it has completed the acquisition of the business assets of Titan Metal Service, Inc., a Tampa, Florida based steel service center and processor.
This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in Majestic's strategy to expand its business in the coated flat-rolled market. The addition of Titan enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market.
