Magnesita Refractories Company, a subsidiary of Brazilian refractories producer Magnesita, has redeemed a combined $63.3 million in senior notes due in March 2020, the company said.

The company explained it redeemed the “entire principal amount outstanding,” about $63.3 million, of its $400 million senior notes due in March 2020.

Magnesita should conclude the transaction on March 30 at a price equal to 100 percent of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.

Last year, RHI-MAG or RHI Magnesita, a new company made up of Brazil’s Magnesita and Austria based RHI, was approved to list at the London stock exchange, as part of a merger announced in June 2016.
