Macsteel to open new service center in Oregon next spring

Macsteel Service Centers USA will open a new 100,000-square-foot service center in Portland, Oregon next spring.

The facility will process and store carbon, stainless and aluminum flat rolled steel and wide-flange steel beams, and may eventually expand its processing and storing capabilities to include channels, angles, tubes and plates. 

The Portland facility will also provide in-house saw cutting and cambering and will primarily serve clients in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
