Long steel import quotas in Europe nearing exhaustion as of early Dec

Upon review of the current status of the steel import quotas imposed by the European Commission, it is observed that long steel import quotas have mostly been used up, with the usage rate of the import quota for wire rod standing at 90 percent as of December 3.
