Liuzhou Steel sees 159.27 percent rise in net profit in Jan-Sept

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region-based Chinese steelmaker Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co. (Liuzhou Steel) has announced that for the first nine months of this year it registered an operating revenue of RMB 34.453 billion ($ 5.0 billion), up 15.15 percent year on year, while posting a net profit of RMB 3.254 billion ($0.5 billion), rising by 159.27 percent year on year.
