Khouzestan Steel’s semi-finished output up 21 percent

Iranian steelmaker Khouzestan Steel produced 1,405,000 mt of semi-finished steel (billet, bloom and slab) in the first five months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), representing an increase of 21 percent compared to the volume of 1,162,000 mt recorded in the same period of the previous Iranian year - according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
