JVSL to merge 3 companies with itself

Indian steel producer Jindal Vijaynagar Steel (JVSL) is planning to merge three private companies, namely Euro Ikon Iron & Steel, Euro Coke & Energy and JSW Power with itself. The company officials stated that the company board approved RSM & Co and ICICI Securities as consultants and ICICI Securities and Deloitte Haskins & Sells as valuers to evaluate the merger.
