JSW to set up steel plant in the US

Indian steelmaker JSW Steel Ltd. plans to set up a $1 billion steel plant in the US.

Commenting on the investment, JSW Steel vice-chairman Sajjan Jindal stated, "We are actively planning to set up a steel plant in the US, capable of manufacturing five million metric tons of cold rolled steel, to cater primarily to the automobile market in the US".
