JSW Steel’s crude steel output rises in February

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 963,000 mt of crude steel in February this year, posting a 43 percent year-on-year increase.
 
According to the company's statement, in February JSW Steel produced 799,000 mt of flat rolled products, up 55 percent, while its long rolled product output amounted to 153,000 mt, increasing by 16 percent, both compared to the same month of the previous year.
