Jobs in German manufacturing up 1.2 percent in March

In March this year, the number of jobs in the manufacturing sector in Germany increased by 1.2 percent year on year to around 5.3 million, according to Germany's Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Meanwhile, in March earnings in the manufacturing sector in Germany indicated an increase of 4.9 percent year on year to €21.1 billion.
