ITC to make final AD & CVD determinations on CR today

US International Trade Commission (ITC) is to hold a hearing today in order to make final determinations on cold rolled imports from 15 countries. In August 2002, no material injury or threat was found for imports of cold rolled steel products from Australia, India, Japan, Sweden and Thailand. Final phase of anti-dumping duty investigations by ITC to be carried out for cold rolled imports from the following countries today.
Countries for which final AD margins to be determined by ITC today:

Argentina
Belgium
Brazil
China
France
Germany
Korea
Netherlands
New Zealand
Russia
South Africa
Spain
Taiwan
Turkey
Venezuela
Furthermore ITC will also make final determinations on CVD duties for:

Brazil
France
Korea
CVD investigations were terminated by ITC on October 4, 2002.
