ITC negative determination on Chinese welded steel pipe

International Trade Commission (ITC) made an announcement on July 11, 2002 on its negative determination of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imports from China. ITC determines no injury or threat with material injury by imports from China of this material provided for its subheadings 7306.30.10 and 70306.30.50 of the HTS that was previously determined to be sold at less than fair value by the Department of Commerce (DOC). ITC initiated the investigation effective from May 24, 2001 as a result of a petition filed by certain US companies.
