Italian Acciaierie Valburna to issue €47 million bond

Italian stainless steel producer Acciaierie Valbruna, owned by the Italian Amenduni family and which had a €994 million turnover in 2008, is back on the market with a €47 million  bond with 10 year expiration date, according to the Italian press sources. 

With the operation, already approved by the company's board, until the end of this year, the company will issue a non-convertible unsecured bond by the emission of 47,000 titles with a nominal single value of €1,000.
