Iron ore import three-folded at Xiamen Port
Based on statistics data from Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau, Xiamen Port has totally imported 710'000 tons of iron ore for January-April 2005 period with $60 million in trade value, up 3.45-fold and 3.7-fold against that of the same period previous year. The reduction in the number of iron ore importers from more than 500 enterprises to 118 enterprises is expected to let big importers expand their import.Iron ore import three-folded at Xiamen Port
